Heidel Eggs formed part of an initiative between business, local municipality and the Mataffin community to plant trees at various schools and churches. Children and the community will be able to benefit from these fruit trees for years to come. Ice Bucket Challenge
Heidel Eggs took part in the an Ice Bucket Challenge held at the Bagdad Center in Whiter River. It was a very successful event with more that 30 companies coming together for this great cause.
Tree Planting Arbor Week @ Gugulethu School
Heidel Eggs took part in a “Green” drive to enrich Lowveld community and environment, that had various local businesses planting trees. This initiative was done at the Gugulethu School in Kanyamazane, where the children as well as the teachers got their hand dirty to plant the trees.
Through this initiative we hope not just to educate the children, but also the companies about the real need to look after our environment.
