Tree planting for Arbor Week

Spent an awesome day with 18 companies, planting trees for Arbor Week today at Crocodile Bridge Gate – Kruger National Park. Our gratitude to Neels Van Wyk, Section Ranger for Southern KNP and Estelle Roe representing SPEAR – Stop Poaching Endangered African Rhinos (for organising this initiative. The Kruger has had a challenge with tree borer beetles destroying much of the indigenous vegetation and were thrilled that these companies offered to offset some of their carbon emissions by planting trees here. The Junior Top Chef Competition

The Junior Top Chef Competition sponsored by Heidel Eggs was a great success yesterday at the Bagdad Day & Nite Market. The kids aged from 7 to 16 showed off their skills and everyone was delighted by the dishes that were produced.
